I had a contracted nose and after a revision revision surgery I got results that made me extremely satisfied A natural straight line But then a boundary line gradually formed between the nostrils and the bridge.. People started asking whether it was scar tissue, so I went to the clinic, and they said it was not separation between the bridge and the nasal dorsum, and that the bridge was strong and that it was caused by scar tissue in the nasal dorsum area So they removed the scar tissue in the nasal dorsum area and used ear cartilage and postauricular dermis to fill both sides of the nose. And for the part that looked sunken because of the boundary line, they said they would touch it up a little more? and make a bit of scar tissue and fill it in.. The doctor said it would fill in and told me to wait one month for follow-up, but honestly it has been two weeks and I am so dissatisfied I had surgery because of the boundary line, but it looks sunken, so I am confused It is not a joke to undergo surgery under anesthesia... Has anyone been in the same situation as me and really had it fill in? My nose is small and the skin is thin, so I am too scared to have surgery again I am thinking about stem cells, has anyone succeeded with that

The second one is when the boundary line appeared and the side became hollow (1.5 years post-op)
The third one is when I had surgery again Nothing was changed in the bridge structure, only the scar tissue on the bridge was removed and both sides of the nostrils were filled
The fourth one is today after the 10/1 surgery.. I am so upset I have no idea at all what got improved
