I originally had a low nose, but during my 3rd surgery I made the bridge higher and raised the tip with septal cartilage My nose is bent to one side, so it's hard to breathe too I'm looking into another revision this time Would it be better to have it done at an ENT clinic, or can a plastic surgery clinic also treat a deviated septum? Can breathing become easier with just cosmetic surgery? Should I address the functional issue together?
