I could feel that the doctor had pride in his own skills. I got the impression of, "I'll take care of it, so you just need to trust me and have the surgery." Also, throughout the consultation, he spoke as if to say I could ask if I had any questions, so I think the consultation could be more detailed if you look into the surgery you're going to have in advance and think of questions before going. I also had a consultation for alar base reduction, and he said it in a way that suggested he wouldn't reduce it too much. It seems like he pursues a natural look.
