I could feel that the doctor took pride in his own skill. I got the impression of, "I'll take care of it, so trust me and have the surgery." And throughout the consultation, he kept saying to ask if I had any questions, so it would probably be better to come in after researching the specific surgery you want to have and thinking of your questions in advance. I also consulted about alar reduction, and he said he wouldn't reduce it very much. It seems like he values natural results.
