8 years ago, I had medial epicanthoplasty and my first surgery with an incisional method, but because my upper eyelids are thick, the double eyelid loosened, so I’ve been looking into revision surgery. Honestly, I went to so many consultations before my first surgery that this time I thought I’d just go somewhere I already knew and went. A few years ago, I searched for this place and my mom had surgery here. I also know the director’s consultation style, and I already know a lot about the condition of my eyes, so I was planning to have surgery if the schedule and price worked. During the doctor’s consultation, he said it wasn’t a difficult case and that I just needed upper blepharoplasty by doing the incision again. But when I was consulting with the consultant, things felt a bit strange. I went after seeing the event price on ㅂㅂ Talk, and it clearly had a photo stating that Director ㄱ would personally perform the surgery. But the price was very different, so I asked, and they said Director ㄱ is a doctor who doesn’t do event surgeries. They asked if it wasn’t another doctor. So I showed them the app directly. Then they said they didn’t know, they’d have to check, and that they had never consulted at that price until now. The consultant I spoke with had no idea at all what events were listed on the plastic surgery app. So I also asked about the canthoplasty price listed under another event price, and that was different too. They said that wasn’t Director ㄱ either. Anyway, after going back and forth about that, I felt like, isn’t it wrong to bait people like this? It’s an event that started from a date in January this year, so I couldn’t understand the consultant saying they didn’t know, and from that point I just lost trust. From my perspective, I can only see it as false advertising. Turns out false listings aren’t only for used cars and real estate. When they checked at the desk, they said the event applies only to the buried suture method. No... you said Director ㄱ had never performed surgery at the event price until now.
