Eye Surgery Reviews

Siwon review

I had a lateral and lower canthoplasty there 5 years ago, when they were at Reart, and there were side effects such as dry eye, frequent redness, and scar tissue. There were visible changes, so I do not regret having the surgery, but my eyes really became red very easily and my eye health got worse. After the first surgery, one eye was especially swollen, and that eye was overcorrected, so the lower lashes kept poking my eye and it was uncomfortable for two months. When I told the clinic, they did a revision surgery. That eye still gets red easily, and even the mild pain lasted for more than a year, and scar tissue remained. The scar tissue was almost disappearing now, after 5 years, but recently I was tired and my immunity was low, so herpes appeared only in that area and the scar tissue became noticeable again. I wrote this in as much detail as possible for the right of other patients to know. In the end, it was not a surgery I regretted, and the doctor did take responsibility for the aftercare, so that helped somewhat. Even if there seem to be no side effects at the time, I think it is important to decide whether to do it by weighing the risk to your eye health that may appear years later.
