The doctors change seriously way too often, and if comparing it to plastic surgery, it feels like a large factory-style hospital. Whether they change or not, as long as they do a good job that's enough, so I've been going there vaguely since I was young for 10 years now, and things like removing wisdom teeth for no real reason and all that are one thing, but after orthodontic treatment, my lips started rolling inward. I lived thinking my lips were really big, but my lips rolled inward.. Meeting a hospital that sensibly gives you a heads-up about things like this in advance is also luck.
