I went in expecting the consultation because I heard they were good at male eye surgery. The staff and the consultation manager were all kind, and the preoperative Photoshop prediction of before-and-after surgery results was a bit unusual. I went straight into the consultation with the director, but the director seemed extremely busy, maybe because they had just come back from a dermatology procedure, and the consultation felt like only the director was talking the whole time. It also felt like the direction was already fixed. So honestly, I couldn't really ask the things I was curious about. But the director definitely seemed confident, and since the results are known to be very good, maybe that's why.
