I went in expecting the consultation because I heard they are good at male eye surgery. The staff and the consultation manager were all kind, and the pre-surgery Photoshop preview of the before-and-after results was a little unusual. I went straight into a consultation with the doctor, but the doctor had just come back from skin treatment or something and looked extremely busy. The consultation felt like the doctor was talking alone the whole time, and it seemed like a fixed direction had already been decided. So honestly, I could not really ask the questions I wanted to ask. Still, the doctor definitely seemed confident, and maybe that was because the results are so good.
