My nose is a bit short, and I heard noses like this are difficult For this kind of nose, is there a certain material that should be used for surgery, or a particular surgical method that helps the shape come out well? VN and Cowell seem okay too, but are they really places that handle difficult cases well? I still haven’t booked any consultations and am just wandering around reading reviews nonstop
