When I first got my nose done, I liked the overall shape, but the silicone implant and nasal tip deviation were really severe, so I had revision surgery at the same clinic, but it happened again, so I’m looking into a second revision.. Please recommend a clinic that’s good at cases like this
Also, I didn’t put anything in the nasal tip and only tied the cartilage, but if I don’t want it to droop, does it have to be rib cartilage no matter what? I don’t want my nose to become hard and untouchable, but is there no other choice..
