I had a hard time being careful because of the swelling for a while, but now the swelling in the nose tip and the fat grafting swelling are all gone. I want to do the second round of fat grafting soon too. I feel like a round forehead line makes the nose line look prettier, so for those getting nose surgery, I recommend doing forehead fat grafting together!
The biggest change in my impression is that the tip of my nose was lifted, so the center of my face looks shorter, and they did a good job with the nasolabial angle area, so my mouth looks less protruded. I had nose surgery, but somehow it feels like I had surgery to make my mouth look less protruded??
What’s still hard is that when I wash my face or touch my face, I still have to be careful for now. I think it’ll take about 4 months before everything really feels familiar! I’ll probably swell again soon because I’m doing a second round of fat grafting, so I’m going to puff up again
