My nostrils were visible from the front and my nose had no contour, so I had nasal tip surgery + alar reduction. I had sedation and local anesthesia, but after the surgery, the nose the doctor showed me really wasn’t to my liking, so I’m worried... They said it’s lifted a lot because they injected anesthesia several times, but it looks more upturned and pinched than I expected... Waiting it out is the answer, right? Ugh
