They were only kind, and I had nose surgery and a cheekbone and aristocrat package, but the nose ended up square like a man's nose, so I had it redone at another hospital with costal cartilage for 5 million won. The aristocrat surgery was so painful that I had it removed after a month. Even while removing it, the consultation manager made a point of saying they were removing it for free, which was ridiculous. It was a place from 10 years ago. I wouldn't recommend it.
