Hi, I had my nose done first thing this morning
What I thought after getting on the operating table was 1) The failed IV shot hurt more ^^.. My veins tend to hide and are thin, so it’s always like that even when I get checkups, so I just accepted it.. In the end they did it on my wrist
2) Removing the nose hairs didn’t hurt. I was just worried, like, am I supposed to breathe or not, and I was holding my breath. Who said nose-hair removal hurts? I got scared for nothingㅠㅠ
3) The disinfection inside the nose hurt more, so why did nobody tell me.. There are no nose hairs.. and in that state the disinfectant cotton goes in.. Is the disinfectant cotton damp? It’s absolutely soaked If it goes down the back of your throat you have to swallow, and I tried it, but wow, the nose really stings
It stung so badly I could die, but they disinfected it so.. thoroughly, like a PCR test.. They say the COVID test feels like poking the back of your head with a swab, right? For nasal disinfection, just imagine that swab tip equipped with disinfectant cotton and poking the back of your headㅋㅋㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅠㅠ Seriously.. they were sooo thorough. They disinfected for a really long time, trembling..
4) The philtrum..? upper teeth..? front teeth..? hurt.. (when the anesthesia was wearing off) It felt like being anesthetized at the dentist.. like all my upper teeth were numb I have a habit of clenching my molars hard when I’m stressed or straining, and my temporomandibular joint hurt too, to the point that I wondered if I had clenched my molars hard during surgeryㅠㅠ It got better after taking Tylenol
Everything else is the kind of stuff everyone knows.. Was I the only one who suffered from the nasal disinfection..? Tooth pain too..? sob ㅠㅠ
The feeling of my throat burning is really... It’s a level of burning completely different from the burning I knew
Uh.. also.. after the surgery, until the anesthesia wore off, my nose stung It kept stinging... That painful feeling like water got into my nose just kept goingㅠㅠhew..
Anyway.. I keep thinking, they did surgery with my nostrils showing this much..? This is gradually going to come down..? They say it comes down as the swelling goes down, so I’ll trust everyone here...
Anyway, I’m so happy I got my nose done~~ I feel relieved~~!
