It has been five days since my closed surgery using only ear cartilage, and since yesterday the area under my nose?—the columella—has been slightly red. There is no warmth or pain, but I’m worried because the redness hasn’t gone away. Is it common for redness to appear even without a columella incision? I’m worried it could be an infection T_T
