I liked that it did not feel factory-like; they carefully checked my areas of concern, skin thickness, and texture first. They honestly explained without exaggeration how it works for inner dryness, fine lines, and overall texture improvement, as well as the expected course and downtime. It felt like they guided me in exactly the necessary direction rather than pushing it blindly. I am still deliberating for now.
