The photos are from before, day 3 (9/27), and today (9/24). I had surgery four weeks ago, but my nostrils are still severely uneven. I’m not expecting perfect symmetry, but they differ too much, almost in a 2:1 ratio. When I inhale, the smaller side makes a metallic sound as if it is blocked, and because I work in customer service, customers even ask whether I have a cold because my voice sounds nasal. Lately, the area around my nostrils has also been unbearably itchy. Could it simply be swelling? T_T
