I had a partial-incision surgery 3 years ago, and went for a consultation because I wanted revision surgery to improve asymmetry + set the line a bit higher.
For lateral canthoplasty + lower canthoplasty, I requested it during the revision consultation, and the director checked the available space. They recommended the incision method for double-eyelid revision surgery, and since there was relatively enough space for lateral + lower canthoplasty, it could be done together with the revision surgery. I asked whether epicanthoplasty was unnecessary, and they said my Mongolian fold was not severe, and if I had epicanthoplasty, my eyes could look too close together, so it was not recommended. It seems they only recommend what is necessary.
The explanation was clear, and I liked that they checked exactly only the areas I wanted to consult about.
