I had revision rhinoplasty before. I'm very satisfied with the shape from the front, but from the side, the nasal tip droops too much, so it looks a bit straight or like a hump nose, which is a little disappointing Still, I'm somewhat satisfied when viewed from the front, so I don't think I'll need a third surgery.
