The director said we should use silicone and autologous costal cartilage for the surgery, and also recommended correcting my bulbous nose again. I didn’t want to have surgery three times, and I had been planning to use rib cartilage for the revision, so I decided to proceed as the director recommended. I was very worried because it was revision rhinoplasty, but after only a few days the swelling went down quickly, and I soon had the refined nasal bridge I wanted, so these days I’m not really worried. My mouth corners also lifted more naturally than before, so I’m satisfied. If you’re thinking of doing both together, I recommend ㄹㅅㅍ.
