Some time ago, I had a consultation with Dr. Bae Ju-young and underwent double eyelid + epicanthoplasty surgery. I went for consultations at about five places, and they commonly said that the distance between my eyes and eyebrows was too narrow, so they couldn't make the line large, and that my eye asymmetry was severe. At this consultation, they said the same things, but it seemed like they were trying hard to understand exactly what my needs were, so I decided to go with them. It's been about 3 years since I had the surgery with the buried-suture method, and the line is really thin and the epicanthoplasty is very natural, so sometimes I wonder what it would have been like if it were a little more glamorous. But overall, there wasn't much swelling early on and there were no major side effects, so I like it!
