Since I had a bulbous nose with a high nasal bridge, I thought osteotomy was the only way to see an effect from the front.. so I looked for a clinic that was good at osteotomy Now that 3 years have passed since surgery, I’m very satisfied with the side profile, and from the front the nasal bridge has become slimmer than before, but I’m still a little disappointed. I think it’s because I asked them to make it natural. For a bulbous nose, I feel like I’d only be satisfied if it were done really dramatically
