I had surgery in February and am scheduled for an after-service revision. A step-off formed between the nasal tip and the bridge, so it looks sunken. Even though I asked for it to look natural, I didn’t want my nose to be this low….. I’m satisfied with the nasal tip height, but I don’t think the bulbous nose was improved I’m planning revision surgery around January next year.
