I definitely became prettier after lateral canthoplasty. My outer eye corners were upturned on both sides and my eyes were a bit small, so I knew my eye shape would be lowered with lateral canthoplasty, so I wasn’t worried, like what if it looks weird. But they say every surgery has side effects. The biggest side effect was that after lateral canthoplasty, before the surgery the skin and eyeball were separated, but by cutting the skin, a gentle slope formed at the boundary between the skin and eyeball, so foreign matter and dust would get into my eyes easily. After a few months like this, my eyeballs became faintly yellow. Before, the whites of my eyes were a clean white ㅜㅜ Now they’ve yellowed, and that makes me sad. I don’t even drink or smoke. Anyway, it was surgery from 5 years ago, so I don’t know about current lateral canthoplasty techniques, but I can no longer get back my clean whites of my eyes. Other than that, it turned out pretty in terms of appearance
