Reason for surgery Right double eyelid loosening + multiple creases + asymmetry on both sides + semi-out line, but the inner corner of the eye flared upward + slight sausage-like swelling (in photos especially, the uneven eyes, blank look, and puffy appearance were severe..)
After spending 9 years just thinking about it every time, it has already been a little over 2 months since I had revision surgery. During my first surgery, the anesthesia wore off in the middle of the operation, so it hurt so much.. and even though I managed it, the swelling did not go down for 5 months, so I remember having such a hard time.. But I was always stressed about the multiple creases, double eyelid loosening, sausage-like look, sleepy-looking eyes, and so on, and I felt that if I did not do it now, I would not have time to do it again, so I decided to have surgery. It was not just about appearance; it was also very hard to open my eyes. (ptosis correction was not corrected, multiple creases)
I am meticulous, so I think I looked up every bit of information I could find, starting from Google.. So I am happy because I think I got a result I really like ㅠㅠ
The swelling only lasted 3 weeks, so my friends kept forgetting I had revision surgery ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ After doing it, they said my eyes became clearer and prettier in a natural way. I also love that it is easier to open my eyes and the line no longer feels too much. Some other places recommended excision, and most places said to pinch the same line again, but I think lowering the line was definitely the right choiceㅠㅠ
I also decided on the hospital after looking up a lot of information in this community, so I am leaving a review in hopes that it will help others too :) A lot of people worry that double-line excision will leave scars, but the line is only slightly visible when I close my eyes, and I personally do not really notice it.
I sincerely hope everyone else succeeds on their first surgery and gets a result they like!!!
