It's been 4 months since my previous nose surgery... I had a short nose, and after 20 years I wanted to get my nose done again in line with current trends, so I went all the way from the province to Seoul for surgery again. Because my nose was short, they recommended autologous costal cartilage. They said silicone can also cause inflammation, but after surgery, the nasal bridge was much higher than expected and the under-eye area looked more prominent, so a month later I had under-eye fat repositioning at the same hospital. They also recommended under-eye fat grafting, so when I was getting the fat grafting, I said the bridge was too high and wrinkles were forming between my brows, and asked them to put a little above the eyebrows too. The doctor said, "It's difficult because of the silicone." That was the first time I realized they had put silicone in my nose.
Three months after the under-eye fat procedure, the fat had clumped up like worms, so I went back. They gave injections and laser treatment, and when I said the left nostril seemed like scar tissue, they gave an injection there too.
From the next day, the worm-like lumps under my eyes disappeared, but my under-eyes looked hollow, and the silicone was showing through on the bridge of my nose.
Will it get better with time, or what should I do about this situation?
The hospital says they will do revision surgery again after 6 months and that they only need to remove the silicone. Does that make any sense? It's so absurd.
