My original nose wasn’t exactly low, but it was a bulbous nose.
The director did a good job even without me saying anything in particular.
To be honest, it is noticeable, but it doesn’t look extremely artificial. The reason it’s noticeable seems less because it looks fake, and more because the nose looks genuinely good, so many people seem to think it must be cosmetic surgery.
And I like that the director understands my needs well. They also clearly tell me when something can’t be done!
