I wasn't firmly decided about having surgery, so I went with the thought of just getting a consultation first. Reduction surgery is really a kind of stress that only people who know it understand.. They said I had to accept some degree of scar risk, so I was really worried, but unlike in the past, these days the scarring isn't as severe as I had imagined. Also, maybe because it's a place many people looking into reduction come to, they had a lot of different experience, and they appropriately presented the problems I had and suitable solutions for them, which I liked.
