The director looked tired, but was kind. Since it was my first consultation, I hadn’t thought up many questions, but they still consulted me kindly. The manager, however, was rude. So I’m still thinking about whether to go ahead with the surgery. Overall the facility feels like a hospital, not a plastic surgery clinic. It feels like a real hospital.
