4 years ago, at ㅋㅋㄹㅇ, I had silicone inserted for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage used to raise the nasal tip. Since I had a bulbous nose, they also tied the cartilage and removed fat. I said I preferred a somewhat straighter nose rather than a semi-ski-slope shape, so the tip is on the pointier side. At first, it felt like the nasal tip was lifted too much, but over time the columella naturally came down, so it was fine~ I think they’re good at making sleek, pointy noses, a bit like Winter’s nose.
