I was concerned that my cheeks usually looked full and made me look somewhat less masculine, so after thinking it over, I had deep cheek fat removal surgery. I didn’t originally have a double chin, but I did it expecting a sharper jawline. As for the result, I’m extremely satisfied with the deep cheek fat removal. For the double chin, I guess there wasn’t much fat there originally It must have been muscle.
