Tax is separate at 10%. You get it once a year and it's domestic, and there are a lot of people saying Botox is pretty much the same everywhere, so I just went where it was cheap. When there's a discount, they bring it down to 17,900 won, but for some reason I always miss the sale period. Oh, and they do it factory-style, lying you down and hitting you all at once. It does hurt, though.
