Tax is separate at 10%. It's something you get once a year, it's domestic, and there are lots of people saying Botox is all basically the same, so I just went with the cheap option. When there is a discount, they make it as low as 17,900 won, but for some reason I could never catch the sale period. And they do it assembly-line style, lying down and getting it all done in one go. It does hurt, though.
