I was afraid of the full incision method and worried my impression might become harsh, so I wanted to do the non-incisional buried suture method, but this hospital was the only one that said they would do it with a partial incision method, so I chose this hospital.
Around 2010, I think the cost was a little over 1 million won. I got an in-out line, but maybe because the line was set high, the flesh below the double-eyelid line bulged out, so I wasn’t satisfied, but since it was something that should have been done by incision and I had it done with a partial incision, I thought it was something I had to accept.
Then about 5–6 years later, the double eyelid came undone, and the AS period had passed, so I paid another 1 million won and had revision surgery. At that time, I lowered the line, and the doctor said it would be better to excise the sagging skin at the outer part, but then they didn’t do it. I got the slight impression that they don’t prefer skin excision.
In the beginning, when there was a little swelling, I liked it, but as time went on, the double-eyelid line kept getting gradually covered by the skin above it...
And now, after another roughly 5–6 years, the double eyelid has come undone again. I remember the AS period being 5–6 years, and it was really fascinating that it came undone exactly after 5–6 years. haha
Now I’m thinking of getting the incision method at another hospital. I recommend it for people who dislike the incision method~ They are kind and do consultations well too^^
