First, since it’s a private clinic, I liked that the director personally handles care through the end. When I looked at reviews, it didn’t feel like they operated by stamping out the same nose shape, but rather that they harmonized the nasal bridge and nasal tip together. There were various other reasons too, but in the end, I’m satisfied with my current nose shape! They used silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and I think it came out well in the shape I wanted? During surgery, I also had the muscle under the nose removed, and the feeling that my nose spreads and looks bigger when I smile definitely seems to have reduced a lot, so I’m very satisfied.
