I had a severe bulbous nose, so I decided to only raise the nasal tip I asked them to make it as natural as possible They raised it with ear cartilage, and since it was only the nasal tip, they didn’t touch any other areas It’s getting close to 3 years after surgery, and at first the nasal tip was so high that I wondered if it was overcorrected Now what had been raised has dropped, so it has become a long nose In the end, I’m looking into revision surgery...
