The doctor communicated the necessary information well. I think he has a calm personality, and he answered questions with expertise when asked. I didn’t know much, so I couldn’t ask a lot, but there was no pressure, and I liked that he only explained what was necessary.
Maybe because it was a weekday, there was almost no waiting, but since there is only one doctor, I’m not sure what it would be like when there are many people.
From the doctor to the manager, there was no strong feeling of "go get surgery now!" at allthat actually felt like part of their character. My first impression was good.
