The doctor conveyed the necessary information well. They seemed calm, and when I asked questions, they answered them with expertise. I didn’t know much, so I couldn’t ask a lot, but there was no pressure, and they told me only what was needed, which I liked.
Maybe because it was a weekday, the wait time was almost nothing, but there is only one doctor, so I’m not sure what it would be like when it’s busy.
From the doctor to the manager, there was very little of that pushy "just get surgery" feeling lol, and that actually seemed like their defining trait. First impression was good.
