I mainly searched for a clinic with a single director who had focused only on “orthodontics” in one location for more than 10 years. Orthodontics, more than anything, is a process where you have the smile and alignment you want and slowly coordinate that, so communication with the doctor is important. Here, the director is very kind and communication is good. One of my left mandibular molars was severely decayed and had already undergone root canal treatment all the way to the end, so they said there was no way it could be moved during orthodontic treatment. Other clinics had opinions like extracting that molar (???? even though it’s a permanent tooth???), and others said not to extract any teeth at all, so there were various opinions, but the director said that for cosmetic purposes, extracting teeth is unavoidable because space has to be created, but since molars should be used as long as they can be used, we extracted 3 teeth and proceeded asymmetrically. When I briefly went to another dental clinic, they said it had been done with a difficult method. Now I’m done with braces and going around fine^^
