It was one of the clinics I had high expectations for because I really liked the review photos. Even though I consulted for only the nasal tip with autologous cartilage and no implant, the price was the highest. They recommended osteotomy, but this was the first and last clinic that said my nose needed osteotomy. I did have a consultation, but it felt like it ended in a very superficial way, so I wondered whether the director had really caught what I wanted from just that level of consultation.
