I was looking forward to this clinic because I really liked the review photos. Even though I only consulted about a no-implant nose surgery with only the tip done using autologous cartilage, it was the most expensive. They recommended osteotomy, and this was the first and last clinic that told me my nose needed it. I did have the consultation, but it felt too superficial, and I wondered whether the doctor could really catch what I wanted from that amount of consultation alone.
