1. ㅇㄹ Plastic Surgery (Apgujeong) - no consultation fee Single-director clinic Incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty Consultation order: consultant - director - consultant They first judged whether it should be incisional or non-incisional after looking at my skin type They looked at me closing and opening my eyes, skin type, eye fat, etc., and said it should be incisional Since it was my first surgery, I had negative thoughts about incisional surgery But they explained in real detail why my eyes need incision After leaving the clinic, I looked at incision reviews here, and they were more natural than expected, so I felt it was okay They recommended an in-out line (they did not recommend going semi-out or higher) Because I wanted to make the eye size itself bigger, I wanted to do every possible canthoplasty But after checking the available space, they didn’t recommend things that seemed unlikely to be effective They said epicanthoplasty is good to do together while creating the line Overall, I felt they set the line delicately and explained things well They said the director personally checks all follow-ups after surgery too (including stitch removal)
Swelling laser / swelling injection included AS 3 years There were many people, so I waited a bit, but I think the consultation was also long enough to match that
2. ㅇㅇㅋ Plastic Surgery (Gangnam) - consultation fee required Single-director clinic Incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + eye fat removal (optional later) Consultation order: consultant - director - consultant Like the previous clinic, they looked around the incisional eye area? and recommended incision They said my eyes don’t need ptosis correction. If doing canthoplasty, only epicanthoplasty is needed Since it’s my first surgery, burial/non-incisional is possible, but for my eyes the fixation would be weak So they recommended incision. They said there’s no need for ptosis correction They said the reason fixation would be weak is because I have a lot of eye fat They said if I wanted to raise the line a bit more from in-out, I should have surgery while removing eye fat too That said, it didn’t feel like they were recommending every little thing Since they explained the reasons behind the surgical recommendations, I could understand
No particular aftercare AS 2 years The wait at the previous place was nothing. I waited almost 1 hour here I liked the line they set, but the consultation time felt short compared with that Everyone planning to go should prepare lots of questions!!
*As an aside, neither place pressured me to put down a reservation deposit They comfortably told me to visit several places and decide Recommended for everyone who wants to focus on eye-specialized and private clinics, not large hospitals
