I had nose surgery because I was stressed about having a bulbous nose with a low nasal bridge, a blunt nasal tip, and nostrils that looked a bit wide. I wanted it to look somewhat slim and defined without looking like a pinched nose, and they reflected these needs really well. They also said alar reduction was not necessary, so I did not get it, but it improved enough. Especially, it does not look pinched at all, and it came out so well just as they had designed it. I really like everything from the glabella area to the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and nasolabial angle line. Maybe because they checked my progress and aftercare so thoroughly, even as the swelling went down and it settled, the nasal tip has not drooped or been absorbed, and it is maintaining well with no issues at all. I am grateful that they improved exactly my problem areas without overtreatment.
