I had nose surgery because the low bridge, the blunt tip, and the slightly wide alar base of my bulbous nose were stressing me out. I wanted a nose that did not look pinched, but rather somewhat slim and straight, and they reflected that need very well. They also told me I did not need alar reduction, so I did not get it, but it improved enough. Especially, it does not look pinched at all, and it came out exactly as designed. From the glabella to the bridge, tip, and nasolabial angle line, I like it so much. They also checked my progress and aftercare very carefully, so even as the swelling went down and it settled, the tip did not drop or get absorbed, and it has stayed completely fine. I am grateful that they improved only my actual problems without unnecessary treatment.
