It was the first time anyone had set the line on both eyes, and he even told me things other hospitals hadn't mentioned. He explained even the smallest details very well. The manager had a somewhat professional feel. Right after the consultation started, he first checked whether I had ptosis. He answered kindly, focusing on what I asked.
