Maybe because I went there when I was young... they spoke so comfortably, like talking to a granddaughter They did not give very detailed explanations, like why this could not be done? It felt like they did not really explain properly and just said it could not be done. It did not feel very professional either, and the manager.. I did not understand why they kept chiming in. Hmm.. I went because the reviews were good.. I was disappointed.
