I had rhinoplasty 9 years ago at Baek Tae-jun Plastic Surgery. For the nose, I had silicone, and for the nasal tip they used autologous dermis taken from my buttocks. At the time, the service was so good, they were kind, and they took a lot of care of me, so I really liked it. But as time passed, I felt like the nasal tip kept disappearing and turning upward, and swelling kept coming and going. When I looked it up, they said dermis gets absorbed. I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery, and after looking at it they said there was nothing wrong, and I got the feeling they disliked that I was trying to remove the silicone with revision surgery Yesterday I went to Prima Plastic Surgery in Seoul and asked, and they said this is L-shaped silicone and contracture is progressing This is the first time I’ve ever heard of L-shaped silicone, and I’m so shocked Everyone, please be careful with dermis. It all gets absorbed and disappears
