The biggest reasons I chose ByOne after going around to a few places for consultations were the surgery by a one-person chief director and the director’s expertise. During the consultation, the director personally examined me and looked at my case, then proposed exactly the direction I wanted. It has been about 3 months since surgery, and they have always handled the follow-up care kindly, and I’m satisfied with the result too.
