In the end, I had revision rhinoplasty… Hoping this will be my last surgery, silicone, autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, AlloDerm, skin grafting, and even artificial cartilage were used. My previous rhinoplasty went wrong, and then the revision also went wrong, so I ended up here I did not really want to put in AlloDerm or artificial cartilage too, but since silicone was going in anyway, side effects cannot be ruled out… I am waiting for the splint to come off, half worried and half excited.
